The event is divided amongst 2 days, with the unofficial get together planned for the 21st and the official planned event with the university on 22nd

5:30-7:00 – Registration, distribution for badges / shirts / Socialization

8:00-8:30 – Momento / Photo Distribution
8:00-10:30 pm – Dinner, Socialization, Goodbyes
